With snowboard instruction included in the price it's the best value snowboard holiday you will find and by far the best option for beginners!

Teaching Style

The instruction isn't like the 1 or 2 hr private lesson. You will spend a full week with your instructor and group therefore the sessions are much less formal, less intense and more fun. There is of course formal learning, practising and perfecting but it's more relaxed and you will have plenty of time to enjoy the mountain.

10 DAYS / 9 Nights Auli Winter Snowboarding Packages

Itinerary

Will vary from Snow School to Snow Schoolt - typically:-

Day 1 - Arrival day, check in & meet other participants
Day 2 - Collect equipment early morning, free boarding day (complete beginners have a 1/2 day lesson in the afternoon)
Day 3 to Day 9 - Practice boarding in groups with your instructor. Normally Sunday is just a 1/2 day of instruction.
Day 10 - Departure day, board till Breakfast, clear your room & say good bye (till the next time)

Starting Out Basic Tric for Snowboarding Lesson for Begineers

Snowboard Basics

Strapping in, standing up and acclimatizing yourself to the board are some of the first few things you need to know as a beginner. In this section, get some valuable Snowboarding Tips on how to gear up on the slope.

Carrying your Snowboard

When you are walking on the slope, watch out for other people or objects that you might hit with your Snowboard. In this section, learn several ways to carry your board.

Skating

Learn Skating so you can move through flat areas or terrains and get on and off the chairlift with ease. Watch our animation and get some Snowboarding Tips.

Switching Edges

This Snowboard Exercise will teach you how to switch edges with both feet strapped in. Just use our animation as your guide as you move from one edge to the other.

Gliding

This basic movement will help you to be comfortable in shifting your weight forward and in gaining Snowboard control. Read our easy-to-follow instructions on how to make straight glides.

Moving Up the Slope

You will have to go up and down the slope repeatedly to learn Snowboarding. In this section, learn how to inch your way up the slope with both feet strapped in.

Auli Snowboarding Tour Packages 10 Days Program

Tentative Tours Program ::--> Transport to and from Delhi / Haridwar / Dehradun Airport can be provided us with all types of car / jeeps / mini buses.

Day 1 -- Arrive at Ski School Auli / Eco Lodges. Dinner and stay.

Day 2 -- Equipmens allowment and necessary. lesson. Back to Rooms and Dinner.

Day 3 to Day 7 ::- The majority of your stay will include daily ski or snowboard group lessons with your qualified instructor.

Day 08 ::- Sight seeing in and around Joshimath or local village tours or culture tours with local homely food taste.

Day 09 ::--> Final day at Slopes, free style snowboarding and later noon back to Camp / Eco lodges. Evening party.

Day 10 ::--> Onwards Journey.
